Living room
Two small steps take you from the kitchen into the living room with a fireplace, where you can relax on the sofa, in either of the two easy chairs or at the writing desk. A book case, satellite TV with video, a telephone and Internet access provide plenty of distraction. An extensive list of wines, grappas and olive oils on offer in the cantina may give you some ideas.

The bedrooms
Tinaia has two spacious bedrooms with wardrobes and cupboards. One room has a double bed. A door takes you through to the adjoining bathroom with two basins, a bath, a shower and a toilet.

The other bedroom has two single beds, and room for a carrycot. The accompanying bathroom, also having two basins, a bath, a shower and a toilet can be accessed from the corridor.

At the end of the corridor is another separate toilet, and a side corridor which leads to a second single bedroom with a wardrobe, a bathroom with a basin, a shower and a separate toilet. A door leads to the cantina, which was originally used for wine storage. The side corridor can be locked off to create a self-contained unit.

Cantina

Time to enjoy of a good glass of wine and a bit of music? Or would you rather read something, for example about the rich cultural history of the region? It's all possible in the cozy cantina, a multifunctional space that is also ideal as a location for seminars.

In a previous life, the cantina was a repository for wine and that function has never completely lost. The original atmosphere is still intact and for a reasonable price you can still tap wine or grappa and olive oil here on the head.

The interior consists of a sitting area with two sofas, a bookcase, stereo and TV. Telephone, fax and Internet access are also provided. For seminars there can be placed a great work-study table in the room.

Portico

From the cantina, you come to the portico, a semi-open veranda boasting an old pizza oven. The fireplace doubles as a barbecue, while the folding preparation table is convenient to cook wonderful meals in no time. There is an outside table with benches seating twelve.
